The Adidas Glider is an excellent practice ball that has a very nice touch. It stays inflated and is superior to all the Baden, Franklin, and Wilson balls that we have purchased. The ball we own has been sometimes used as a select match ball for U9 play. It is well liked by all of the players, and I would highly recommend this as an inexpensive training or practice ball.
