This bat took every hit in the batting cages using the yellow ball like a champ. I used a machine throwing real baseballs around 90 + MPH and it broke on the first hit. It served it's purpose for the price but I would only use it in the cages or moderately slower pitching.

This is the best wooden bat in the world. I personally prefer wood over aluminum and I love this bat. It is a bit heavy, but I like the feel of it. Wood is the way to go and Rawling has upheld its reputation for quality products. So I recommend this bat to any serious power hitter who isn't a baby like everyone who uses a metal bat.

I hit 24 smackers with this bat in 15 games, the longest being over 400 feet. It doesn't matter whether you're hitting a left or right handed pitcher. It's great!

Its a quality bat for increasing ability with aluminum, but breaks rather easily.

I am really big into training with wood bats and I can tell you that if you are a strong high school or above hitter you will love this at. The rawlings wood bats are heavier thsn most wood and make an aluminum feel like nothing. Buy this bat if you want to improve.

At first I thought this model was like Louisville Slugger''s high quality wood bats, but when I realized that after 30 BP pitches without being jammed inside the bat handle just smashed, I will never buy Rawlings'' bat again.

Great bat i would recommend it to anyone. BUt come on 490 ft shots and 450 shots. Unless you are Mark Mcgwire you dont hit it that far with a woood bat. Sorry doesnt hapen. I agree bat does have pop. Good bat. Don''t be fooled will not bring 400+ft homers.

This bat rocks the first game i hit 3 home runs one 450 the others were 400 and 390 this bat has a lot of pop to it if i was u i would by it but after continuos use of it it shattered

The first time I went out to use the bat,the first pitch I hit went about 490ft, so the bat has some pop to it, unfortunetly its not reliable the next time I had hit the bat completely shattered.

the 302 rawlings bat i bought broke on my very first hit in practice, no one else used it before me and i did not hit the ball on the handle.the bat was just a piece of JUNK i thought by paying a bit more for the bat,it would be better quality.i guess i was wrong.
